INVITES: The linework is finalized and colour is in the works.
GRADBOOK: General layout finalized, but actual design TBD. Deadline end of March for completed Gradbook. Template forthcoming.
BUDGET: Indy to finalize details.
VENUE: STILL TBD, waiting to hear back from Harbour Centre lady. I will nag Don on a daily basis about this.
AFTER-PARTY: Agreed that Chapel Arts will be our party venue. DJ's to be contacted, and charges determined. Some other details mentioned, but we'll spare you the reading until the venue is confirmed and a deposit is paid.
GRADSHOW: looking into recyclable/biodegradable plastic bags OR cloth bags for Industry reps to haul around the show and put stuff in.
OTHER: the button-maker Don was going to get is not in stock, so if anyone has access to one, or knows where to get one, please let him know.
