TECHNICALITIES: Craig is looking into some sort of pint-sized wonderous technological invention allowing us to play our demo reels without undue fuss. Or maybe a dvd player?
INVITATIONS: still in the works, but there are some solid ideas being worked on right now. Invite crew to possibly post their roughs to the blog.
GRADBOOK: Sean, Evan, Carlyle and Kaylea to get together to discuss Gradbook preparations. Templates, layout, cover design to be determined.

SPONSORSHIP PKG/RAFFLE: Indy to put together a package, contacting relevent businesses for 'free shwag'. Free advertising in return?
AFTER-PARTY: Correspondance from Chapelarts forthcoming. It was mostly agreed that dancing should be a part of the evening. Potential DJ's need to be contacted, and it may be advantageous if they sent a demo in. General agreement that there should be more than one DJ for the night. Live bands were briefly discussed and vetoed as they would go largely unappreciated.
